With the KLM check in tool below you can check in to your KLM flight and have a boarding pass in your hand in three easy steps.

Check-in, How does it work?

First you need to enter your booking code or ticket number and fill in your flight number.

1: Information

Enter your name and, optionally, enter the names of any other passengers that are part of your group and that you need to check in.

2: Options

During online KLM check in you can choose from a variety of options that will make your flight more comfortable. These include options such as:  Extra leg space, extra comfortable seats, check in extra baggage at a discounted rate and even order à la carte meals if you’re departing from Amsterdam on an insternational flight.

3: Printing your documents

Finally you can print out the boarding passes of you and any other passengers that are travelling with you. It is also possible to e-mail a boarding pass to someone else who can print it for you. At the airport you can even use a self service desk to print your boarding pass.

Electronic boarding passes

There are many routes on which electronic boarding passes can be requested. These can be sent to almost any smart device such as PDA’s, smartphones or tablets with access to the internet. When requested a text message or e-mail will be sent to you including all information of your flight and a barcode that can bed scanned once you arrive at the airport.
